Your enquiry
We use the name, email, service and message you provide to respond to your enquiry. Sending an enquiry is voluntary; we need those details to help you. We do not add you to marketing lists. Please leave out passwords and sensitive records.
SendGrid delivers your enquiry and receipt, Google Workspace holds the correspondence, and DigitalOcean hosts the site. Enquiries are not saved in a website database. We retain correspondence while needed for your enquiry, our work together or legal obligations. Providers may process data outside South Africa and handle network information, including IP addresses, to deliver their services.
Your rights
Email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to object to its use. You can also contact South Africa’s Information Regulator about a privacy complaint.
Cookies and statistics
Optional measurement starts only after you choose:
- Reject all: no optional measurement.
- Basics only: cookie-free page totals by day, page and broad traffic source, without visitor identifiers.
- Accept all: page totals plus Google Analytics and ad measurement cookies to measure page views, contact actions and which ads lead to enquiries. Google Ads click identifiers and campaign labels may be shared with Google for this measurement. Personalised advertising, remarketing, Google Signals and enhanced conversions stay off.
Google provides both measurement services, and Analytics enquiry events are shared with our Google Ads account. Names, email addresses and enquiry contents are excluded from measurement. Google processes network information, including IP addresses, and may process data outside South Africa. Aggregate totals are kept for up to 13 months, and GA4 event-level data for two months; aggregate GA reports may remain longer. Ad measurement data is also subject to Google Ads retention policies.
Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. We ask for a fresh choice when measurement changes. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection and removes this site’s Analytics and ad measurement cookies, but does not erase earlier data. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
